Welcome to the New Vendor Registration Center!

All NEW Vendors are required to complete a vendor application form, provide their certificates of insurance showing that they carry Worker’s Comp. coverage, and submit their IRS form W-9.

Northwest Property Management strives to maintain accurate information on all vendors who work with our Community Associations.  By having accurate information on file, we are able to quickly process your invoices without delay of payment.  There is a $100.00 processing fee to maintain your company’s information.  The processing fee is required at time of registration.  You will be directed to PAYPAL in order to pay for the annual processing fee at the time of registration.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
In order to perform services and obtain payment for services certain documents are required including your Certificate of Insurance and IRS Form W9. 

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE:
Please list Northwest Property Management, 780 Tek Drive, Crystal Lake IL 60014 as Additional Insured on your Certificate of Insurance.
All vendors are required to submit a certificate of insurance showing your Worker’s Comp. coverage before they can work at any of our residential or commercial properties.  It is imperative to always have your current certificate of insurance on file with Northwest Property Management.

IRS FORM W-9
A completed IRS W9 is also required to be on file for all our vendors in order to perform services and obtain payment for your services.

INVOICING
All invoices should be mailed to either our Crystal Lake or Geneva IL office.  Your invoice must include the name of the Community Association that you serviced, along with the address location for the service, if applicable.
 
If the Property Manager works out of Crystal Lake, IL, please mail your invoice to:

If the Property Manager works out of Geneva, IL, please mail your invoice to:
Northwest Property Management, 429 N Kirk Road, Suite 100, Geneva IL 60134

You may also email your invoice directly to your Property Manager.
