All vendors are required to keep their contact information, along with remit to address, up to date.   If you are a CURRENT vendor and need to update your Company contact information,

 CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE
All vendors are required to submit their certificate of insurance on an annual basis to Northwest Property Management.  You must have Worker’s Comp coverage before you can work on any of our residential or commercial properties.  It is imperative to always have your current Certificate of Insurance on file with Northwest Property Management.  If you are a CURRENT vendor and need to submit an updated certificate of insurance,

 Northwest Property Management strives to maintain accurate information on all vendors who work with our Community Associations.  By having accurate information on file, we are able to quickly process your invoices without delay of payment. 

 There is a $100.00 annual processing fee to maintain your company’s information, including your Certificate of Insurance.  The processing fee is required annually when you submit your updated Certificate of Insurance.  You will be directed to PAYPAL in order to pay for the processing fee at the time of submitting your Certificate of Insurance.
